Repeat prescriptions can be requested either in person, in writing via fax, email (via our dedicated prescription line at firstname.lastname@example.org), letter or online via the link at the top of this page.
Unfortunately, requests are not accepted via the telephone. This is to enable us to maintain an auditable written copy of your request.
All prescriptions within the surgery are normally turned around within 24 hours, but please allow 7 days [due to the current pandemic situation (excluding weekends and public holidays) in case of unavoidable delay.
If when you order your prescriptions, you are already marked to collect your prescription from a pharmacy, it will go there automatically within 7 days. If not, your prescription will be ready for collection from the surgery in normal opening hours.
